<p>The 6D is a small, light, and rugged portable, self-contained Laskin-Nozzle aerosol generator. It is ideal for testing a wide variety of filter systems with air flows up to 2,000 cfm by generating a polydispersed, submicron aerosol. Applications include workstations, negative pressure filtration units, biological safety cabinets, ceiling modules, and more.</p>
<p>The 6D can also be used for testing positive pressure systems using an optional positive injection pump (PIP) and hose adapter kit. On-site routine maintenance is easy. Its integrated compressor makes implementation simple – all you need is a power source.</p>

<p>6D aerosol output is regulated with an included calibrated pressure gauge, guaranteeing 20 psi across the nozzle per industry standards. The 6D complies with all applicable electrical and safety requirements and is CE approved.</p>
<h3>Easy to Use</h3>
<p>Integrated liquid fill sight glass, drain port, and power cord storage make operating, transporting, and storing the 6D simple and easy. An optional hose adapter kit, used to introduce aerosol remotely, connects easily to the standard outlet using the sanitary flange or simple NPT connection.</p>

In high-volume HEPA and ULPA airflow environments, the 5D can significantly reduce the time it takes to conduct filter leak test scans, generating aerosol concentrations that can challenge the largest Air Handling Unit (AHU) configurations. With 1- to 2-minute warmup and cool-down times, begin testing high-flow systems without waiting, and be ready to store and move the unit minutes after the job is complete.</p>

<p>The 5D components are housed in a <strong>stainless-steel enclosure</strong> designed to withstand the rigors of portable filtration system certification. Its lightweight, slim profile and supplied hand and shoulder straps make it an everyday, portable aerosol generator.</p>

<p>Generating the widest aerosol concentration range available, the 5D accommodates both high- and low-flow environments, from cabinets<sup>1</sup> to the most demanding cleanroom installations. And with<strong> <em>flex-fuel capability</em></strong>, the 5D can use the following reagents, including DOP (DEHP), PAO-4, DOS (DEHS), Ondina EL, or mineral oil.<sup>2</sup></p>
